Breana was born in Memphis, TN and raised in Louisville, KY. She attended and graduated with honors from Ballard High before graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a bachelor of science in Information Systems. Over the years, she watched her parents become more involved with investing and flipping residential and commercial properties, which has developed into a real estate passion of her own. Upon graduating from IU, she was recruited by one of the nation’s largest technology consulting firms and introduced to a fast-paced, high-performing, and competitive environment. Honing in on skillsets like creative problem solving and flexibility in tough situations helps her to communicate effectively and empathetically to a variety of audiences with their best interests in mind.
As a Louisville native, Breana is knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated to her community. She enjoys exploring the many new developments and changes taking place throughout the city, and believes Louisville has a lot to offer young professionals like herself. Exceeding expectations with social media marketing, she has been able to increase engagement on her personal Instagram and TikTok by 2852% and 495% respectively, in under a month! Breana uses her extensive understanding of social media marketing to make an impact in a positive way. Her strong use of social media marketing paired with her relentless work ethic and go-getter energy allows her to connect sellers and buyers of fine homes in Louisville. When she isn’t helping people find their dream home, Breana can be found at the local Orange Theory on Baxter Avenue, walking her dog Swag around Nulu, or attending local young professional events.
