Originally from Guntersville, Alabama, Jake graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Management and Entrepreneurship, and soon after moved to Louisville to be near his wife, Claire.
Jake is an incredibly driven, sharp and self-motivated professional. As part of one of Louisville's top-selling real estate firms, he is an expert in the city's residential market.
Jake is continually recognized for the premium level of service he brings to his clients. He takes great care in building relationships, and he has become a trusted advisor to both high-end luxury buyers and first-time homeowners, alike.
Jake has a remarkable eye for opportunity and a passion for meeting new challenges. As such, it's no surprise that one of his favorite hobbies is rehabbing and restoring homes. To date, his renovation work has spanned across the Louisville market.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing, cooking and spending as much time as possible with Claire, their daughters Kennedy and Eleanor, and their dog, Charlie.
