Louisville native, JP Ervin, has been a licensed Realtor since 2017. Growing up in the Highlands, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, JP has had a deep appreciation for architecture and old houses for as long as he can remember. A career in residential real estate was a natural fit. His business savvy in real estate is complimented by his passion for interior design. JP's tasteful eye for staging allows buyers to see the full potential of spaces and helps bring top-dollar for seller's homes. Especially excited by fixer uppers, JP loves sharing in visions of 'what could be' with motivated clients. True to self: he recently purchased and rehabbed a 19th century farm house near Tyler Park where he continues to reside with his partner and 3 dogs.
