Kristin Kidwell takes pride in the fact that clients commend her for her high standards of communication, her market expertise in various price points throughout the city, and her attention to the details.
Having previously worked as an Administrative Assistant for a team of Realtors®, including her husband Eddie, Kristin has been involved in real estate in Louisville since 2016. Prior to her newfound passion, Kristin owned and operated her own floral design business, Don’t Forget the Flowers from 2013 - 2018. She started out primarily as a wedding florist, and through her strong work ethic and a consistent referral system, her business blossomed into serving many local businesses, restaurants, and non-profit organizations.
Kristin pursued a Bachelors in the Arts from Western Kentucky University, with a major in Photojournalism. She is a proud member of the Fair Event Vendors Alliance, whose mission is to provide equal and fair treatment to clients. She has served as a mentor for young designers through KMAC Couture “Art Walks the Runway” and she enjoys supporting the thriving local art and music scene in Louisville.
Kristin’s true love in life is her family - her husband Eddie, and their two boys Wyatt and Hollis. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors, renovating older homes, dining out, and laughing their way through life.
