Description
Born and raised in Louisville, Molly and her husband started their professional careers in New York City before deciding to return home to Kentucky to start a family.
Molly joined 21c Museum Hotels in August of 2007, and her role in the organization evolved with the needs of the growing company, ultimately rising to Chief Brand Officer. Molly was instrumental in the development of the 21c brand and its family of Food & Beverage concepts, having overseen over $450mm in development of 21c Museum Hotels opening in cities across the US from 2012 to 2020.
Prior to joining 21c, Molly gained a broad range of design and international marketing experience working for leading consumer brands including Calvin Klein, Gap, and Hartmann. It was through these experiences coupled with her natural intuition, curiosity, and ability to distill complex situations into simple strategies that she honed her ability to define the needs of her audience and then deliver a product to meet or exceed expectations.
Art, Design, and Real Estate have always been Molly's passions. An optimist with a keen eye for what’s possible and a belief that details matter, Molly has renovated homes in Rolling Fields, Indian Hills, Clifton, Maryhill, Riverwood, and Mockingbird Valley.
Now with Kentucky Select Properties, Molly looks forward to helping clients define their priorities and then working tirelessly to ensure a smooth buying or selling experience.
Molly lives with her husband, Matt, and their three children Marin, Tyler, and Bennett in Mockingbird Valley. She served as a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Kentucky School of Design and is a member of the Leadership Louisville class of 2014. Molly studied architectural design and holds a degree in Textile Management from Clemson University.
